Has anyone ever made this? Can I use the grater blade (never used it) for this and make some nice slaw for the 4th?
In an odd triangulation, I put together the post about Cuisinart blades, today's Paula Dean show featuring bagged broccoli slaw, and my own rather robust broccoli plants in the garden. They're not bearing right now (taking a breather) but there are plenty of side shoots I could harvest.
What do you Cuisinart users think? (if so, which blade)-edit
