home-made sausage patties - Kate's Kitchen

Celeste | Dec 10, 200202:00 PM

I hadn't been to Kate's Kitchen in several years and headed there for brunch on Sunday.

The homemade sausage patties are just magnificent. Fennel flavored, delicate, not overseasoned or bold or nitrate-packed tasting. I took the two bites I couldn't finish home, I felt they were that good.

The real maple syrup on the cornmeal pancakes was also a real plus in my book. Why is that so hard to find??
