Holy Basil

Just in case some of you still have Holy Basil on the
to-eat-at list: I think the quality of the dishes at
Holy Basil vary, I've had some very ordinary meals
there. There is one dish,though, which I had that was
truly fabulous -- a sort of fried duck skin salad mixed
with crunchy fried basil leaves. It's listed as an
entree, but is so rich that it would take a stomach of
steel to consume the whole plate. I'd recommend
splitting it as an appetizer between four people.
