I did some consulting work for Herman Miller a few years back and spent a couple months staying in Holland, MI. While I was there, I remember eating at an Italian restaurant that was off the beaten track a little.
It definitely was not on the main strip downtown. I'm guessing that it was in a neighborhood just south of downtown Holland. There was a small market at the front of the restaurant where they sold pastas, oils, etc. I remember having a pretty decent meal there and am going to be returning in a few weeks and have been trying to think of a nice place for dinner for my wife and I (on a Saturday night).
I've ate at Butch's before, but this place sticks out in my mind. Any help would be great as to what the name possibly is (and if it's still around for that matter ~ this was about 8 years ago)...
Any other recommendations would greatly be appreciated.
