Hoa Sen Tofu in San Jose

Last weekend on one of our South Bay road trip with a few our friends we were show a another Vietnamese fresh tofu shop. Our eating buddy, Mrs Lee found this gem for us.

They have a neat setup. Half the store Bahn Mi shop the other half is a tofu steam table.

We had very fresh and good Bahn Mi.

But what is really good in my mind was the tofu. Which is made in house. Unlike China Tofu in Fremont which products are made in a factory this place makes their own in house.

The prices are a little lower than the Vuong Tofu also and just as fresh.

There dessert was outstanding. Freshly dipped out of a large pot. The soy bean milk was still hot.

There was a large selection of precooked food but have not tried them yet.
