I'm going to be touring in the Dolomites this summer. There are a huge number of high end restaurants, many with Michelin stars. We would like to go to just one of them. We don't mind experimental cooking but we want it to be grounded in the food of the region, *not* the sort of international cuisine that you might find in any big city. We're not too worried about costs, so long as the food is worth what they're asking. What restaurant would you recommend?
