Hello good people. I realize this is an odd request, but I'm hoping you all may be able to help me. My husband has high cholesterol,is on medication for it,and sees his PCP 3x a year for LFTs. Not so uncommon so far, but stay with me. He also has a hard time keeping weight on, will inexplicably drop 5 pounds, and eats every dinner like it's Thanksgiving. Oh, to have such problems;). I pack his breakfast, a 9 a.m. snack, and his lunch daily for work. Unfortunately low cholesterol recipes are almost exclusively low calorie. He loves almost everything, is not picky, and has a real soft spot for bakery items. Any ideas for high quality nutritious homemade snacks/meals? His lunches usually consist of dinner leftovers, but I can't feed the poor sweetie oatmeal for every breakfast. Thanks!
