Hi.. I'm looking to put out some fairly light snacks for my guests before we dig into what I'm sure will be a ridiculously fattening and over-rich dinner. Does anyone have ay suggestions of what I could put together which won't spoil my guests' appetites?
Anything veggie-related or no-carb would be great. I know crudites are probably a good idea, but they seem so boring (unless someone has an idea of how to spruce them up?)
