HEADS UP! - head - tête - cabeza

I am a lover of head meat and associated edibles.
One of my favorite delicacies is the south Texas barbacoa de cabeza that you can get at the tortilla factories as take-out on Sundays - with brains naturally. Along with the hot fresh tortillas and freshly made salsa this is truly one of the world's great gastronimical pleasures. (The restaurant versions never quite measure up)
And of course the French classic tête du veau.
A while back I bought a whole goat at Esposito Meats on 9th Avenue that I barbecued (low and slow) and so was able to enjoy the head along with the rest of the critter.
Generally I'd rather go where the head is cooked than cook it myself.
Several years ago I had heard of a small diner in south Brooklyn that serves half lamb heads (maybe a Greek place). Does anyone know this place - or one like it?
Any other tips on where to enjoy this delicacy?
