Maybe this should be in the Gardening forum, but it's more about food storage. My question: what can I do with the giant quantities of lemon grass that I grew in the herb garden this year? The plant is massive, but it's an annual where I live (zone 7). I sure hate to just let it die off over the winter without doing something with the dozens of lemon grass stalks still out there.
Any ideas on how to preserve fresh lemon grass?
