Ok, for some reason I've a Kurobuta Pork itch that needs to be scratched.
I've had the Kurobuta Pork renditions at Table 8 (good, not great), Cafe Pinot (uneventful), Nick & Stef's (more about size than taste/quality) and at La Cachette (a bit overwrought).
Any suggestions? I've heard good (is that the right word) things about the pork at Yi Cuisine.
