I'd like to make some seasoned kosher salts (like salt with dried rosemary, for example) and wondered whether I could just mix kosher salt plus the herb and then put it in a salt mill/grinder.
Would the salt mill grind the herbs well, without clogging up? If so, are there any particular herbs you'd suggest adding to kosher salt like this?
