This mostly wholesale meat purveyor carved me two beautiful flat iron steaks today, I'll serve them Super Bowl Sunday. They also have hanger and skirt steaks, as well as Tri Tips, which you don't see much in the east.

Retail hours on Thurs-Sat, and call ahead to make sure they have what you need.973 377 0875. No affiliation, just a longtime happy client. It's a slaughterhouse, so it has that funky smell, which doesn't bother me.
