I can highly recommend the magnificently plumb and carmel colored spit roated chickens at Muchos, a downtown San Jose Taqueria. I grabbed five whole birds off the rotisserie for my buddy's pre wedding stag BBQ and they were a hit. I wrapped them in foil and reheated over the gas barbi and man, it was succulent good eats. My buddies are grilling kind of men and

PS --the place is packed at lunch with lines out the door. It quiets down in the evening.
