We just had a great prixe fixe lunch at toqueville in NYC. The food was great, good portions, cozy restaurant for only $20.50. They also had a market special for $29 for three course. At fleur de sel they have one for $25. Now this are very nice restaurants in NYC. Is there such a great deal and quality in philly?I have tried the BP, but it wasn't close to what I am looking for. I guess the competition in NYC Is a great factor.
