There's this place on Hester St (bet. Mulberry and Baxter), called Mei Wah. They serve the a very delicious Chicken Leg over rice. The chicken is somewhat fried and the rice is topped with preserved veggies and beef. It's absolute delish! It only costs $3.95 and you can add a tea egg for 50cents. It's a really small place, looks like a closet, but it's fairly clean. You won't be disappointed.
