Great (& expensive!) piece of wild king salmon...

bake or broil? leave au nature, or baste with... soy & honey? mustard & tarragon or dill?

The thing is, having spent about $17 on this filet, I'd like to make sure it's worth it. I obviously don't want to 'cover up' the wonderful wild salmon flavor, but just s&p seems a bit bland... no?
