I had great cheese at Fork last night. I selected 5 cheeses, including epoisse, grafton chedder, aged gouda, and two others that I can't recall. I was served absolutely generous pieces of all 5, plus a couple slices of fabulous house-made bread, along with some fruit. The cheese were riped expertly. In fact, it's the first time that I had a delicious epoisse in the United States. The atmosphere at Fork is lively. Cocktails are also great and generous. Fork makes for a festive night out.
