We had a really fabulous meal at B's Cracklin' BBQ last night. The pork was just the right amount of smokey and tender. The ribs--perfectly cooked; I mean perfectly! All the sides were great too but they were out of fried okra, my personal favorite.
There were 3 sauces one with more vinegar, one with more mustard and one with more kick.
Service was perfect even though the kitchen was a little slow. They had some stout on tap which was delicioius with the smokey meats.
