Went to Pitstop on Saturday and had very good pork ribs with collard greens and baked beans.
The ribs were doused with a nice, ever so sweet sause that achieved a really nice balance between sweet and spicy. The ribs were not super lean and that made them all the better.
The baked beans were unusual with kidney beans being used that gave a more firm texture to the dish. Makes you wonder why more people don't serve this variation.
The service is very friendly and one of the men behind the counter brought out a large portion of beef ribs for us to try as well as more pork ribs as we were going through them at a horrifying rate!
There is parking right beside the small building that houses this Barbeque treasure.
