Grace - Seasonal and Anniversary tasting menu

Went to Grace Restaurant for the 2nd time with my gf and I have to say, they never disappoint. I had the anniversary tasting menu and she had the seasonal.

Anniversary Menu
First - Dungeness Crab Salad - english peas, mint, meyer lemon vinaigrette

Second - Sautéed Skate - roasted cauliflower, raisin caper emulsion

Third - Bacon Wrapped Saddle of Rabbit - Anson Mills polenta, pea tendrils, game stock reduction

Fourth - Grilled Leg of Lamb - vegetable tian, mustard sauce

Fifth - A Study in Doughnuts - 3 flavors from past, present and future
Strawberry Filled, The Elvis, Butterscotch Filled

And unfortunately I was hoping they would have the current seasonal menu online but it’s changed. I can’t remember clearly but here goes.

First - Hamachi Sashimi

Second - Santa Barbara Spot Prawn Lasagna

Third - Braised Morels and White Asparagus

Fourth - Day Boat Scallops

Fifth – Blueberry Turnover

For Drinks I had a glass of the Grenache Blanc and the Cotes Du Luberon which were great. The gf had the Eenie Meenie Miney Raspberry Cocktail. It’s a drink in which you can pick the flavor. There was an option for Elderflower that I had never seen so the waitress was kind enough to bring over a tasting which was literally the size of a new drink. Very very nice of her. All the food was spot on except for the lasgna which was undercooked. I think the best dish of the night was the braised morels. I never thought a mushroom could be so fantastic. For anyone that hasn’t gone before I would definitely recommend.
