I've been ordering the Tuscan Salad at 26 Beach for decades.
"Normally" it has been made up of a generous quantity of the following ingredients:
cucumber, tomatoes, onion, asparagus, artichokes, croutons, greek olives, sun dried tomatos and peppers
Last week, green beans were substituted for the asparagus, the artichokes were either completely missing or reduced to undetectable amounts, the sun dried tomatoes also were hardly tastable.
other than the greens, it was mostly a salad of chopped peppers and olives.
I don't plan to order this "new" version ever again.
will start going down the list of my other favorite salads there to see if this is a pattern or if all the recipes have been changed.. . .
