I've just about given up trying to find decent cooking herbs in Toronto. Ten years ago, you could get OK stuff, now the herbs that I find have no taste whatever.
For example, I need dill for my favorite dish. You can't even get dill, anymore. Instead, the markets sell dillweed, a different herb which is almost tasteless, that they call dill. Same with coriander. I used to use it a lot. The stuff I buy now is so tasteless, that I've quit buying it and just about all other fresh herbs.
Any suggestions for herb sources would be very greatly appreciated.
