Went to Rouge last night for the 1st time.
About 1/2 full, maybe 20 or so people throughout the evening.
Fois gras with carmelized walnuts and fruit... very good. Seared duck cooked med-rare with pepper crust and cranberry glaze... very good. Nice beer selection, had Duvel and Fisher's.
Wife had a very nice cold green and red pepper soup. Hangar steak and frites was also good.
Service was friendly and attentive. We even spoke of good beer bars to go to.
Not bad... $75 incl. tax.
Overall good experience. No room for dessert, but the selection was very tempting.
