I made a seitan this morning via baking not boiling. then I went and forgot about it in the oven. for 3 or 4 hours. it contains wheat gluten almond flour and graham flour yeast flakes and water and a few spices. I was going to toss it because 2 hour rule and then I thought wait.. is this really that different from bread? even eggs in bread cakes can be left out ok.. so does this fall into the same rules or not? toss or eat?
