i haven't been to gonzo in quite some time, but i'm thinking about making a reservation for a group of seven because its location and food suit my needs for this particular evening. i've heard that it's gone downhill...thoughts out there?
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
