Gluten Free Apple Cobbler Question

Usually I make my apple cobbler, with 2 tablespoons flour in the apple filling and for the topping 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 egg, sugar, butter,====what I would like to do today is substitute the flour for a gluten free choice. I can't use almond flour because I'm watching hi oxalate, so this is what I have on hand, anyone know how I can substitute? And since I normally use baking powder how does that correlate to what I have to substitute? If these don't work, I can run over to the store and grab something else...thank you...

-Trader Joe's all purpose gluten free flour, (whole grain brown rice flour,potato starch rich flour,tapioca flour)

-Ground White Rice Flour (bob mill)
