The ghost sausage store in PDX

Bottomfeeder | Sep 10, 200301:04 AM     1

There really is a sausage and deli on the west side that I believe is run by the former owner of Edelweiss after the non compete expired.
Bavarian Sausage and Deli is at 8705 SW Locust. This is just a few hundred feet ( or should that be in meters?) off Hall Blvd about halfway between Washingon Square and HWY 99 / 217. Tel: 503-892-5152. They're located in Metzger (coincidentally the German word for butcher)
Of note also: though Fetzer's is closed, Eugen (pronounced Oy-gun) has reappeared recently at the Vancouver Farmer's Market flippin' wurst. He sells it too.
