Full French Brinner

I'm thinking of doing a meal that's a take off on the Full English (or Irish) Breakfast but for dinner with more sophisticated items and wanted to get some suggestions. Here are some of the typical main items you'll see (let me know if I've missed any):
Bacon - braised pork belly
Eggs - quail eggs
Sausage -
Toast - fried polenta cake or crostini
Blood Pudding - fried sweetbreads
Tomato -

Is this going to be too schizophrenic without any real factors holding them together? Do any of you have better suggestions?
