Have spent the last 3 years trying to find a kuiense/fujianese restaurant in SF. Mostly because I am looking for the "swallow" dumplings that my Fukienese grandma used to make for me. They are like wontons but with a different wrapper. And in my opinion so-ooooo much better. My understanding is the wrappers are partly made of ground meat. Anyway, the last time I had this dish was in a place in Santa Clara in 1995. Can anyone help?
