Like so many on this board after reading so much about the famed clementine cake I made my first last night. I think it came out as it's supposed to, but it didn't knock my socks off. Do any of you frost it to make it more global in its appeal? Can't eat the whole thing myself and want to share but I think icing would help......orange butter cream, chocolate......I don't know. Will send it to work so a whipped cream or sauce won't work.
