I'm planning to have a little posada (a seasonal party for my friends and neighbors with punch and a pinata) and I know I won't have time to make tamales. Does anyone know of a good place in SF where I can get a whole lot of fresh tamales to cook at home, preferably for very cheap?

I know there are a few companies that make them to sell at Whole Foods, Berkeley Bowl, etc., but those are way beyond what I can afford. I don't know, maybe that's the going rate for tamales, but I thought if anyone knew a secret source it would be you guys!

Thanks,

Mari
