I am starting a weekly seafood delivery program called Weekly Monger (www.weeklymonger.com). We only handle the freshest seafood that we guarantee will last in your fridge through the week. Each order comes with two 8 oz. fillets for every type of seafood you select.
We will initially offer service to Boston residents and expand throughout the East Coast. During our pilot program we will offer Salmon, Cod and Haddock. We will then roll out different kinds of regular seafood items as well as season offerings.
I would love to hear if you guys are having a hard time finding fresh seafood around Boston that you trust. Are there any types of seafood you would like to see that are not part of the initial offering? Do you eat enough seafood to warrant a weekly delivery?
