Fresh Pastry Dough

Kellz | Dec 28, 201010:25 PM

As a child I use to go to Eaton's & Simpson's in downtown Toronto with my Aunt every Saturday morning. After having tea and freshly baked custard at Simpson's we would wander around both stores. My favourite thing to do was ride the old escalators and of course the manned elevator. These are definitely some of my fondest childhood memories.

My Aunt use to purchase homemade pastry dough at Simpson's every week. Does anyone know of a bakeshop in Toronto where I could purchase it weekly or monthly. I'm not very good at making it and sometimes Tenderflake just doesn't cut it.

Thanks in advance.
