My grocery had fresh chickpeas today, so I snapped some up. Now I need to decide how to use them. I know that I don't want to do them like edamame, and I don't want to make hummus. I want to do something that really shows them off. I'm thinking of just boiling them briefly, and tossing with some bacon or prosciutto and fresh chives, and a drizzle of olive oil. But I'm open to suggestions. What would you do?
