Just to get the word out - there's a new patesserie in Deep River, CT that is baking some great croissants -du glace on Main Street. I haven't had anything else yet. and there's also a bistro (also du glace) attached (typical but great looking menu - steak frites, calves liver, frogs legs). If anyone has gone, I would love to know thoughts. It seems like a great addition to the region. Both the bistro and pastry chef are ex-Copper Beech - good background!
