Freezing Chinese Steamed Buns

I found this place last week, love it. Been trying to keep up with posts, y'all are very cuisine educated. I made Chinese steamed buns with a hamburger concoction I rigged up, for the first time. I know, should be pork or chicken, but it was great. I made the bun dough from scratch first time, I'm impressed with myself...they turned out perfect, until I overboiled them. The Chinese call them steamed, and you can either steam them or boil them, and I boiled them according to directions, except the time, I let a cuppla extra minutes go by...almost ate the whole thing tho, 42 of them, and a pound of ground chuck with additives, addictatives that is. I'm wondering if you could make these ahead and freeze them. I don't think after cooking they would freeze well. They are time consuming to roll and fill, but perfect for parties (well really perfect for impressing friends).
