Just went into Foodyworld in Richmond looking for quail eggs for my uni shooters. This brand new Asian mega mart in the site of the old rona, just across the street from Costco is having its grand opening. $180 later I came out loaded with lots of stuff I didn't plan to get. Absolutely AMAZING variety of pan-asian goods. It's worth a trip just for the canned fruit isle. The sauce isle is a thing to behold.... Puts TandT to shame. Superlatives fail me. I think it is a Toronto company opening it's first BC branch. Very good prices on lamb /goat, and a good selection of very fresh produce, and some great wholesale quantity products too (huge cans of coconut milk). I saw hundreds of products that were brand new to me. Drop everything and check this place out, they have a lot of grand opening specials. 3000 sexsmith rd
