"Join us for "Food Slam" a partnership with the Food Lounge Night Market for our Small Business Week wrap-up event!
The Food Slam will feature twelve presenters each giving a quick 3 minute demo of a culinary technique or recipe idea.
Food Lounge Night Market food vendors will be on hand serving tasty bites and we will be giving out some sweet Small Business Week branded Bagito reuseable shopping bags (limited supply so come early to grab your free swag) and raffle prizes!
Presenters include:
Kickin Chicken - Chicken off
Buttercup Cakes - Flower frosting demo
Ulterior - The Art of Plating
Foodsmith
La Sofrita
Homeless Garden Project
