Hi all. I'm about to receive my first food processor for the holidays. I've wanted one for a long time.
Flash to me watching an old Martha Stewart show with Mario Batali. He made Bacala-filled ravioli by pureeing the soaked bacala in a Cuisinart.
My concern: will the bowl retain the fishy odor? What can be done to prevent it? I'd like to use my new food processor for many dishes, from savory to sweet, with no carry-over odors. I'd appreciate any tips on the care of my new 'toy'. TIA.
