Ah, yes, Now I remember, we did add a little parmesan cheese with the olive oil on bread (instead of butter). Thanks to all who responded to my last question.
I went to the store today (a greek accented produce and grocery). They mostly had 750ml bottles (of greek oils), and were out of the one smaller bottle that was recommended, and since the smaller bottle was cheaper per unit, I figured I'd wait till they got more or I had more info. I didn't notice anything other than Greek or Italian, but I wasn't really looking.
Now for my question: Does "extra" virgin or "cold pressed" really mean anything, or at least, does it make any real difference?
