Since returning from vacation in Europe last week, I've been craving foie gras - either sauteed or a simple and perfect terrine.
Many of the restaurants that prepare foie gras in New York are formal, three star affairs. But I'm looking for a more casual place where I can run in whenever I need a fix.
So far, Union Square Cafe and D'Artagnan are the not-too-formal places that have helped me. Any other suggestions?
