Flour Tortillas - What do You do With Them ?

hannaone | Aug 24, 201508:33 PM     36

In the "Whats for Dinner" thread, I posted about a couple of the things I have done with flour tortillas.

Cherry Tortilla Pie - Cherry pie with flour tortillas for the crust. Buttered flour tortilla, cherry pie filling sprinkled with brown sugar, another buttered tortilla for the top crust, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, then baked until the tortilla begins to brown.

Tortizza - Pizza toppings on tortillas. Flour tortilla topped with cheese, second tortilla topped with pizza sauce and assorted toppings, baked until browned.

Other than the usual Mexican/Tex-Mex or deli wraps, what uses do you find for flour tortillas?
