I grew up in the Albany NY area where they have restaurants that serve fried fish, I think it's cod, on a hot dog bun with tarter or chilli sauce. They call it a Fish Fry. It's a really nice piece of fish, in kind of a fried chicken batter, it's a heavier batter that sticks to the fish not like the airy English or tempura style batter. Anyone know where to get anything like this in LA.?
