This is NOT your 'typical' Mongolian grill experience. However, they employ two simiar, large round grills.
I went in for lunch, and it was quite reasonable at $7 for me, and $5 for my little son.
Besides the standard 3-meat fare of strip-cut pork, beef and chicken, they had:
Kielbasa, Andouille sausage, hot Italian sausage, a good cut of steak, turkey cutlet, and one or two more!
Mahi-Mahi, Pollack, and two more...plus scallops.(I'm told that the $14 dinner price includes shrimp and other seafood.)
There were a dozen sauces to choose from, and only 2 or 3 were what I would class as totally Asian in blend. Besides scads of routine veggies, there were other add-ins like, sun-dried tomatoes, 3-blends of garlic(!), cilantro, whole & sliced button shrooms, portabellos, and more I can't recall. There was even a selection of pasta BESIDES the ubiquitous Asian noodles.
Did I mention that it includes your choice of hamburgers or chicken sandwiches cooked-to-order?!
How about the salad-bar?
It is really worth stopping in if you're in the Desert Ridge, N/Phx area:
