Fine Dining

Hello from Philadelphia! I was hoping by using a general title that our fellow New York foodies would help. Trying to work my way through all of the fine dining options in the City. My best friend has helped be through a very trying year and I want to celebrate her March Birthday in style. We have travelled extensively together and have already eaten at Le Bernadin (Manhattan), French Laundry (Napa), Guy Savoy (Las Vegas) and Jules Verne (Paris). The price is not so much an option (as I want it to be be perfect). I prefer a chef tasting with wine courses and atmosphere. It does not need to be romantic but I know that I need to be aware of reservation time lines. I have read tremendous amounts about Eleven Madison Park and Per Se. EMP seems a little less traditional and even a little hokey???? Also looking at Tasting Table at Brooklyn Fare. No Steakhouses Please. Also, I am not a big fan of sushi, or thai. We love to linger and enjoy good food and fine wine. Can someone please help me make the day perfect for my bestie? Thank you in advance and Happy New Year!! Karen

Per Se,
Brooklyn Fare
