Need help finding the name of a Chinese Pastry

Ormabe | Nov 10, 200801:18 PM     9

When I was little my mother would take me to China Town to buy a pasty that was fried dough in the shape of a bow tie, drenched in honey.

It was one of my favorite treats. Now that I am older, I have been to China Town and am unable to find the pastry or ask for it by name.

Any Chowhounders out there that could clue me in to the name of this delicious treat, or a pastry shop (located anywhere in the 5 boroughs) that has it?

Many thanks!
