I have to do the big fast tomorrow so I am off to the store to pick up a few allowable items. No red or purple allowed, clear liquids. I have lemon jello setting up in the fridge, I have some orange popsicle type bars. I am allowed gummi bears, hard candy, gumdrops, orange candy slices, apple, white grape and white cranberry juices. I'm really not a sugar junkie and avoid it. The lemon jello is diet type and I have a box of lime to make up. If you have done this what has satisfied your hunger? Seems like all of the sugary stuff would just increase it.
