I am inspired by my newest cook book "The Scandinavian Cookbook", and am looking for some of the harder to find foods necessary for the recipes; in this case it's Rygeost cheese for one of the month of May recipes. Does anyone know where I can find Rygeost in Boston? I don't drive or have access to a car, so it need be somewhere accessible by public transit. As for other Scandinavian items, the recipes in the book are more Danish/Norwegian,/Swedish, so I'm looking less smoked fish, and more rye berries, lingon berries, cheeses, fresh fishes, etc. Any help is much appreciated!
