this might be a bit backwards, but when my dad was visiting the US, he loves the oyster shooter here.. .with some ponzu sauce, lemon, quail egg (i think that's optional for him). He has only had raw oyster with cocktail sauce and they are all served on half shells. I don't know much about where to have good food in HK, I have been in the US since I was a teenager. If anyone can let me know a good restaurant with good/fresh oyster shooter, I'll love to tell my dad where he can go.... he'll love it so much! Thank you.
